Terms of Service

Welcome to SoulFusion Path ("we", "us", "our"). Our headquarters are located at Na Příkopě 28, 115 03 Prague 1, Czech Republic. These terms are effective in the year 2025.

1. Scope of Services

We offer spiritual integration and leadership coaching services, digital infoproducts, and physical merchandise via SoulFusion Path.

2. Coaching Services

Our coaching services include one-on-one sessions and group workshops focused on spiritual integration and leadership development.

Bookings: Confirmation is subject to receipt of full payment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 2 and 7 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

3. Digital Infoproducts

Digital infoproducts include downloadable courses, e-books, and recorded materials.

Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted via the contact form within 14 days of purchase and provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Purchases made over 14 days prior or exceeding the access threshold are not eligible for a refund due to the nature of digital delivery.

4. Merchandise

Physical merchandise may be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please use the contact form. Unless the item is defective, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain group intensives and specialized workshops are non-refundable due to limited availability and custom preparation. However, participants may transfer their booking to another date if notice is provided at least 14 days in advance.
